Hi! My name is Brian Kult, and I'm the Adult Ministries Pastor at SMCC. I am from Milwaukee, WI and spent the majority of my life in Wisconsin. The Lord saved me in my mid-twenties. He brought a man into my life who discipled me through a study of the Gospel of John. I had never read the Bible previously.  It was through this study that I began to understand the holiness of God and that He can have nothing to do with sin. In fact God perfectly punishes all who sin, for all eternity in hell.

I knew at that time, as I know of myself now, that I am a sinner. THIS was the reason God sent His Son Jesus to earth, to be born of a virgin, to live a perfectly holy life, to die on that cross as a substitute sacrifice for me, and to be raised from the dead on the third day.  Over the course of that Bible study I trusted in Jesus alone for the payment of my sin, I gave my allegiance to Him as my Savior. I responded to the Gospel in faith alone.  Since that time I strive to faithfully follow Jesus, abiding in His Word and rejoicing in His abiding in me. And I want others to know this same joy.

Cinda and I have enjoyed every season the Lord has given to us, including this one with our adult children and our grandchildren.  We want to be faithful in this season.
